Narrow Art Deco Burl Wood Credenza, Signed, Italy 1930s

20th Century Italian narrow credenza or console of the Art Deco period stamped and signed by its maker Premiata Fabbrica di Mobili, F.LLI Giussani fu Antonio di Cesano Maderno. The inset top is over a case covered in a burlwood butterfly bookmatched veneer on three locking doors and is raised on a pair of sleek curved legs. The piece is also decorated by turned wood appliqués and the original Bakelite and steel hardware. Rome, Circa 1930s.
