Sirmos plaster Tete de Femme floor lamp after Giacometti, It has the original shade and is included. The Sirmos label is still on the bottom of the lamp. Late 20th Century. This is one of the nicest floor lamps I have seen in quite a while. Well, anything designed by Giacometti is pretty. I will let the photos speak for themselves.
The lamp is 64" High. The shade is 17 3/4" in diameter.
