A timeless Georgian double pedestal dining table with beautiful mahogany grain, this piece extends from 66" to 105", seating up to ten guests. Classic reeded legs and brass caps reflect its refined 19th-century English heritage.

A fine quality early 20th Century English Georgian style dining table of faded mahogany with the top and leaves of solid mahogany planks having beveled edges around the perimeter. The table is supported by two quadruple footed pedestals having ring turned and fluted carved details. The tapered feet are covered with fine brass caps and the whole resting on brass casters. Circa 1920s.

The table comes with two leaves measuring 19.5” each.

The table measures 29” tall x 51.5” deep x 66” long and extends to 85.5” with one leaf and fully extends to 105” long with both leaves.

The table holds wooden sliding beams underneath that support the weight between the pedestals when the leaves are in use. Expect a minor amount of sag when both leaves are inserted common to the age and structure of the table.

Condition: Light scratches and various nicks from use and a minor crack in the shaft of the pedestal, normal oxidation to brass, sliding supports underneath have been reinforced.
