19th C. Louis XIV Style Parisian Made Marble Top Commode. Made from Kingwood, Tulipwood, and Walnut . The shaped front has two small drawers over two full drawers with gilt bronze figural pulls. The rounded corners have inlaid brass fluted details. It has drawer dividers and a shaped apron with a gilt bronze shell and leaf mount and pierced gilt bronze mounts on the feet. C 1870.
A truly magnificent piece of antique furniture that was meticulously made and has been taken care of over the years. Love love love this piece.
