By accessing and using the Interiors Market website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Returns 

All sales are final.

Holds

Items can be reserved for a 48-hour period. The hold is automatically removed after the 48-hour period unless arrangements are made prior. Please contact us to place an item on hold.

Approvals

A valid credit card number or check, contact information, and signed approval form are required for items taken on approval. If using a credit card an authorization will be placed on your credit or debit card prior to taking an item on approval. Should you choose to keep the approval item, your credit card will be charged. If have not contacted us by the end of the 5 business day approval period, your credit card will be charged or check will be deposited.

Storage Fees

All purchases must  be picked-up, shipped or delivered within 48 hours of purchase or receipt at our shop. Interiors Market is not responsible for damage sustained to any items not picked up after 48 hours. 

Shipping

Clients may make their own shipping arrangements or can pick up in the store or warehouse. Interiors Market is not a professional moving/shipping company, and therefore cannot be held liable for any damage if chosen as your method of delivery. 

When an item ships by Small Parcel, it will be taken to the UPS Store. The UPS Store requires a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out for all shipments, and bills for said shipments separately from Interiors Market. Interiors Market does not receive any shipping or handling fees. 

Trade Accounts

Interiors Market offers a trade discount to design professionals holding a valid Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate. Please contact us for more information regarding setting up an account.

Sales Tax 

All purchases are subject to 8.9% Sales Tax unless it leaves Interiors Market to be shipped with a bill of lading in hand or you have set up a trade account.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items offered for sale. Because many items are antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind, variations in condition and appearance should be expected. Please contact us for additional photos of inventory before purchasing. 

Availability

Inventory is subject to prior sale. Items displayed on the website may become unavailable without notice.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be provided separately.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Interiors Market and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Interiors Market is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained within it.
